My experience with Arrow Liao through Alibaba has been nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order for some items and transferred the funds as per the agreed price.However, instead of receiving my order in a timely manner, I was left waiting for an excruciating three months.The lack of professionalism and integrity displayed by [Arrow Liao] is utterly unacceptable. Their actions have not only caused me financial harm but also wasted valuable time and resources. It is clear that Arrow Liao has no regard for their customers' well-being and is only interested in maximizing their own profits at the expense of others.This individual's behavior is utterly disgraceful and wholly inappropriate for customer service. Their blatant rudeness and lack of manners are intolerable. They have no place representing any reputable organization with such appalling conduct.I had to file dispute with Alibaba I hve attached piks of chats for better understanding of how Arrow Liao mis leaded & scammed.
